美國雪鳥集團始創於一九九五年，是一家以時尚與健康領域為主的綜合性跨國企業。公司創辦人兼董事長許權榮（John Xu）教授，在美國從事時尚與健康領域長達四十五年，現兼任美國美中時裝協會名譽會長、美國時尚與藝術研究院院長、聯合國世界文化多樣性組織輪值主席、美國東方文藝復興聯盟主席、美國老子國際生命健康中心創始人、美國雪鳥生活館名譽館長等職。

他曾兩度因健康問題與死神擦肩而過。因此，許教授投資創立本機構，整合各方優勢資源，旨在面向人類健康3.0，與大眾共享未來健康與長壽的新生活

Founded in 1995, the American Snowbird Group is a comprehensive multinational enterprise primarily focused on the fashion and health sectors. The company's founder and chairman, Professor John Xu, has dedicated forty-five years to the fashion and health fields in the United States. He currently holds various distinguished positions, including Honorary President of the Sino-American Fashion Association, President of the American Academy of Fashion and Art, Rotating Chairman of the United Nations World Cultural Diversity Organization, President of the American Oriental Renaissance Alliance, Founder of the American Laozi International Life and Health Center, and Honorary Director of the American Snowbird Lifestyle Center.

Professor Xu has narrowly escaped death twice due to health issues.Inspired by these experiences, he invested in and established this organization. Its mission is to integrate advantageous resources from various parties, focusing on Human Health 3.0, and to share a new life of future health and longevity with everyone.
